SHIPPING

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 days from the time it is placed.

When the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail, including carrier and tracking info for your parcel.

Please contact info@myren-studio.com if your order has not arrived within the mentioned time frame. Kindly note that at times delays can occur due to customs clearance, Swedish holidays and other delays which are beyond our control.

Europe: DHL Express, 3-5 DAYS, €15
United Kingdom: DHL Express, 3-5 DAYS, €15
Rest of the world: DHL Express, 3-5 DAYS, €20

CUSTOMS & DUTY

Orders outside of EU may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Please kindly note that all prices are exclusive of tax and duties and you will be responsible for taxes, customs and import duties to receive your order. UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If your order is not collected and returned to us, MYREN reserves the right to charge a fee of 20 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.
