You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 days from the time it is placed.
When the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail, including carrier and tracking info for your parcel. 
Please contact if your order has not arrived within the mentioned time frame. Kindly note that at times delays can occur due to customs clearance, Swedish holidays and other delays which are beyond our control.

Orders outside of EU may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. If your order is not collected and returned to us, MYREN reserves the right to charge a fee of 20 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.

You may return items sold by within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and all original packaging present and intact. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. 
To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. 
When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is intact and securely sealed, to avoid any damage and use a tracked service as we do not take responsibility for any lost items during returns. Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. When your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued. You can always contact us for any return question at 


If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
