The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and MYREN AB (reg. no. 559417-1844) and apply to all use of and orders placed on MYREN’s website myren-studio.com (the “Website”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page previous to every order for changes. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order is always the terms and conditions that is in effect as of the time that you place your order and not a later version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.
To place an order on the website you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. If you are below 18 years of age you need permission from your legal guardian to place an order on the website, by using the website and/or placing an order, you accept these general terms and conditions (the ”general terms and conditions”).

PLACING ORDER
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before you place an order. By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such a case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag. Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. If an order is not accepted but we already have received payment for it, we will refund the amount to you.
ORDERS & AVAILABILITY
Before you submit your order, please review your selection, check the total price of your order, make sure to submit the correct billing and shipping address and correct any input errors. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email to the e-mail address that you have provided to us at the time of your placing of the order. Once the order has been shipped you will receive shipping information with tracking details. MYREN does not guarantee that all items included on the website are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by email.
COLORS AND PRODUCT IMAGES
We aim to describe the products on the website as correctly as possible. However cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. The colors can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer, phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
PRICES
The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include Swedish VAT but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the EU, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. Please contact your local customs office for more information. The prices and delivery costs shown on the website may vary from time to time and we are not bound by the price until we have accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. PAYMENTS
Our payment provider is Shopify Payments, a payment service provided by Shopify International Ltd.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Klarna (Europe only), Google Pay, Shop Pay (not applicable in some geographies) and Paypal.
When paying with a credit card, the purchase amount is reserved once you receive the order confirmation and is debited once we have accepted your order by sending you the shipping confirmation. Payments are made in SEK for all shipments. Please note that if you choose to pay by invoice or installments, additional fees may be applicable. If this is the case, the additional fees will be stated at checkout. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
MYREN ensures that all products are checked through before being dispatched to our customers. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, please contact info@myren-studio.com immediately with your order number and describe why you consider the product to be defective. You will be asked to return your item to MYREN, and after we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available, as soon as possible. If a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

You are authorized to use this material only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print and store copies of this material for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided this Copyright Permission Notice is included in all such copies. You may not charge anyone for use of the material and you may not publish, duplicate or otherwise distribute the material to others without prior consent from MYREN. FORCE MAJEURE
In the case of Force Majeure, MYREN's obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and MYREN can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by MYREN. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or Internet service, natural disasters or similar events. MYREN will, under such circumstances, do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.
PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information, such as name, address and email address, which you will provide when on the website or when placing an order with MYREN will be handled with utmost care.
MYREN AB ("MYREN") collects data about our customers in order to be able to deliver a smooth service and experience ranging from your visit on the site to newsletter and order deliveries.
